Once we get to your "spot in line", Open Box M will then contact you when we are ready to build whatever you might be interested in. It is our intention that by approaching our more time consuming orders in this manner, it will greatly cut down on the frustration and wait time for our customers. This means no more upfront payments from our customers. Open Box M will contact you when we are ready to begin building your order for order confirmation and payment choices.

Open Box M is able to accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express (debit or credit cards) and also PayPal. Other payment options can be discussed at the time of order confirmation.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM, A COPY OF YOUR ORDER REQUEST WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOUR REFERENCE. REMEMBER TO CHECK ALL OF YOUR EMAIL INBOX FOLDERS FOR THE DIGITAL COPY, AS IT MIGHT HAVE SHOWN UP IN A "SPAM" OR "JUNK" FOLDER. 

IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO THIS ORIGINAL REQUEST (INCLUDING SIZE OR CATEGORY CHANGES, ADDITIONAL ITEMS, ETC.), THOSE NECESSARY CHANGES CAN BE MADE WHEN OPEN BOX M CONFIRMS THE ORDER REQUEST WITH YOU AND BEFORE WE BEGIN MAKING YOUR ORDER.

AFTER OPEN BOX M HAS ESTABLISHED CONTACT, CONFIRMED THE ORDER AND RECEIVED PAYMENT INFORMATION, IT COULD TAKE 2 - 5 DAYS FOR OPEN BOX M TO THEN BUILD YOUR REQUEST AND HAVE IT READY TO SHIP. ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED, WE WILL SEND THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED. PLEASE ALLOW 3 - 6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE IF THE SHIPPING IS WITHIN THE USA. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS TO THE DESIRED INTERNATIONAL LOCATION ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE FOR YOUR ORDER REQUEST TO BE BUILT, SHIPPED AND RECEIVED, PLEASE REALIZE THAT THIS IS YOUR DEADLINE AND NOT OPEN BOX M'S DEADLINE.  OPEN BOX M WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PAYMENTS OR PROCESSING PAYMENTS UNTIL THE ORDER REQUEST IS APPROVED AND FINALIZED BY YOU. IT IS AT THAT TIME THAT WE WILL BEGIN TO WORK ON YOUR FINALIZED ORDER IN OUR SHOP.
