From "Easy Fixes" to "Complete Refurbishes", we can repair your Open Box M investment for the lifetime of the product!
If you live outside of the United Sates and need a repair, you will have to contact us to negotiate return shipping costs.

EASY FIXES

 Do you have a Palette/Panel Holder that has a bent screw, missing wing nut, etc.?  Are you confident that you can do the repair yourself?  We can mail you the items necessary to get the repair done.  Spring arm assemblies and side arm assemblies are not included with our $16 Repair Kit option.
$16 Repair Kit Option will include:
  • (4) 8-32 x 1 inch Brass Round Head Machine screws
  • (3) 8 size brass washers
  • (4) 8 size bronze star washers (outer star)
  • (4) 8-32 threaded brass knurl nuts
  • (4) 8-32 threaded brass wing nuts
  • (2) 8-32 threaded brass hex nuts
  • (1) 8-32 x 1/2 inch brass pan head machine screw for bronze spring clip (see below)
  • (1) bronze spring clip (holds palette extension to palette/panel holder for storage)
For International customers, Open Box M will have to charge an additional handling fee of $24 to send the repair items.

We know that sometimes things happen.  Mother Nature can take a toll on your equipment.  Do you have a bent side arm?  Has the wood split?  Don't worry, we can fix it for you!  We usually can have the repair completed and ready to return within 3 - 5 business days.

COMPLETE REFURBISH

 Has your palette area accumulated too much dried paint after years of use?  Are the moving parts not functioning like they used to?  With the Complete Refurbish, we replace your palette mixing area with new Baltic Birch wood and make all the necessary repairs to your Palette/Panel Holder.  Complete Refurbishes can take a little more time.  We are usually able to have the completed refurbish ready to return within about 2 - 3 weeks after we receive it.
